Courage is defined as showing strength when a person otherwise would be afraid. When a person is courageous, other people can depend on him or her during difficult times. Courage can also be defined as the ability to do something good without fear or favor. Some people find it difficult to stand by the truth when they feel they cannot get what they want. They tell lies or keep quiet when they should stand up for the truth. Such people are called moral coward and are not very useful to society. Courage requires one to overcome fear. Every community needs courageous people. Society need people that would support what is good and condemn what is bad, judges that would uphold justice without fear , politicians that would stand up for the truth without asking for bribes, students who speaks the truth and depend their rights without being afraid of anyone, and agencies and institution that would depend public morality
